The VP of Compensation will report into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for providing subject matter knowledge, experience and expertise in Remuneration and Regulation.

You will work with the wider HR team to provide a high quality advisory service and identify ways to continuous improve process.

You will work closely with the Head of Reward and team to deliver annual Reward processes and lead on projects when required.

You will directly manage two members of the team and will be responsible for managing workload, performance and project delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Management on cyclical annual processes
  • Salary benchmarking using data surveys (WTW and Mclagan)
  • Bonus pool modeling
  • Governence - drafting MI and reports for remco
  • Reporting and Data Insights
  • Team/HR projects
