LMA Recruitment are pleased to be working with a multi-award winning and market leading organisation, specialising within property claims, who offer great training and future scope to progress. Due to their growing business, they are seeking a Technical Claims Handler to join their exciting team based in Birmingham.

Job Overview

To work as part of a team in the most efficient manner to achieve business objectives whilst proactively handling claims. Ensuring all work carried out is to a high professional standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and promptly accept and process new instructions as far as competently possible.
  • Case ownership to deal with claim from beginning to end.
  • Awareness and compliance with SLA's.
  • Liaise with Policy Holders, Clients, and Brokers in a professional manner

Skills and Experience:

  • An understanding of handling property damage claims
  • Must be conscientious, hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
  • Must be customer focused with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
  • Previous experience in property claims is desired
  • Strong communications skills is necessary
