This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading E-Commerce organisation based in the heart of the West End for a fluent Mandarin and English speaking Team Assistant - Travel Coordinator.

JOB ROLE: Team Assistant - Travel coordinator

JOB TYPE: Temporary

START DATE: Monday 4th February

END DATE: Ongoing - Possible T2P

HOURS: Full Time. 9am-6pm Monday-Friday

SALARY: £16 - £18 per hour

LOCATION: West End, London

The main objective of the Team Assistant - Travel Support Specialist is to "Deliver the Perfect Trip" so that company can sustain optimum results for internal employees. According to employees' travel requirements, we provide comprehensive and effective business travel services by enforcing the employees' travel policy and operation process strictly. The Team Assistant - Travel Support Specialist is specifically responsible for delighting the employees/travel arrangers, building company value, and strengthening the corporate travel in a way that balances the requirements of all employees.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Communicate with employees/travel arrangers through telephone, email and internal messenger in according to company's standards
  • Deliver travel service items including querying, checking and reserving for employees/travel arrangers in according to the requirements
  • Reservations are made according to employees'/travel arrangers' travel policy and profiles. Provide travel options to employees/travel arrangers.
  • Send standard confirmation with restrictive conditions to employees/travel arrangers
  • Collect and input data within the due
  • Check and then adjust the travel reservation once employees/travel arrangers require to change or cancel, update relevant
  • Send corresponding confirmation of updating or cancellation to employees/travel arrangers if any change
  • Submit the application for refund and follow up the status according to the requirements of the refund
  • In charge of tasks according to the business operation manual and the operation

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Team Assistant with Travel organising experience is essential
  • Mandarin speaker preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Confident
  • Reliable
  • Approachable
  • Ability to use own initiative in a busy environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible, can multi-task and cope with changes in workload day-to-day
