LMA are looking for a dynamic, high energy, proactive Team Assistant with first class communication skills. This role is working for a global business in their busy London HQ and will involve working very closely with senior management including Board Members and global MD's. The position is extremely varied and will give a real step up for someone looking for the next challenge in their career.

You will work closely with the PA/ Office Manager and duties will include day to day running of the office, meeting room coordination, booking global travel, general office administration; invoicing, purchase orders, filing, photocopying, booking couriers and any over flow tasks required from senior management.

A minimum of 2 years office experience is essential for this role and education to degree level or equivalent is preferred. The person must hit the ground running in a fast paced office and be able to work on their own initiative. Based in the heart of the City, close to the iconic gherkin building, this is a great office location!

Full time, permanent role, Mon - Fri.

Hours will be either 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9.30am - 6.30pm.

Flexibility to work out of hours when required is essential.
