A leading international bank requires an experienced Team Administrator to support their Internal Audit team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement starting asap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the diaries of the Co General Managers, to ensure regular meetings are appropriately timed for all parties and ad hoc meetings are arranged smoothly.
  • Monitoring actual expenditure against budget.
  • Support across the team for expense claims
  • Assisting the Group Head in the compilation of various board and management committee reports.
  • Processing invoices
  • The timely booking of flights and hotel accommodation in accordance with the Bank's travel and entertainment policy.
  • Attending internal meetings and taking minutes

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally within internal audit, is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to appropriately challenge/ question if required.
  • Proactive approach and lots of initiative
  • Highly organised with excellent multi-tasking skills
