A highly reputable commercial company is looking for an interim Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a diverse and developmental role where you will be responsible for their emerging talent programmes, the attraction and development of high potential talent, designing and developing apprenticeship programmes and driving the attraction of graduates, interns and apprenticeships. You will also have direct line management for a team.

Accountabilities include:

  • Understanding business needs and objectives and defining the talent workforce plan for graduates and apprenticeships
  • Building a strategy to ensure you attracting the best diverse talent and developing the EVP to become an employer of choice
  • Building strong relationships with Universities, Schools and Colleges to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Managing and improving the end to end process of attracting and onboarding emerging talent and ensuring their career is supported by the business
  • Working with the L&D team to develop engaging and inclusive programmes
  • Conducting talent reviews and working with the wider HR team to identify future talent and succession planning
  • Managing, mentoring and developing a team

Skills & Experience

  • You must have the above early careers attraction and development experience gained within C&I, Financial Services, Professional Services or a large corporate company
  • You must have experience of managing a team
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • You work well under your own initiative, are self-motivated and demonstrate strong organisation skills
  • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of assessing capability and potential
  • Passionate about continuous improvement
