An excellent opportunity for an experience HR generalist who has a background of working within a larger multi-site organisation. The employer is one of the largest professional services companies globally and this is permanent opportunity will allow the successful candidate to be part of a team looking after a UK client group.

The main focus of the Senior HR Advisor (reporting into an HR Manager) is responsibility for delivering an efficient, business aligned HR service to business leaders, fee earners and employees.

To provide HR support to the local business, ensuring all advice given is in line with legal requirements. To liaise with Specialist HR teams to ensure that accurate support and advice is being given to all employees.

Support and guide managers in dealing with employee relations issues.

Provide analysis of people data to business leaders such as absence statistics or exit interview feedback, and work with them to instigate action where required.

Engage with business leaders to ensure commitment to the annual Performance Management review process and encourage them to tackle performance concerns and commit to developing top talent within their functions.

It is essential that you can demonstrate a solid understanding of employment law, solid HR generalist experience and have worked for a large multi-site organisation.
