LMA Recruitment has been appointed to support a global organisation with an exclusive Reward related change project.
About the role -
You'll be focusing on specific elements of the reward proposition like the base pay, premiums and key partner population groups to review what we have now. You'll have to understand how particular elements impact other elements of reward proposition. Will need to consider the operational effects of the proposition, you'll be working quite closely with key operational teams. This client is renowned in the retail business and has a huge UK base.
This is a 3 month full time interim role with a day rate up to £500.
Must have skills -
They're looking for someone to explore, develop and present options bringing in market practice and also to understand the fundamentals if reward proposition. Must be able to articulate, influence and make the complex simple to share.
Also someone who can see the bigger picture and who's recommendation will fit in with their purpose and culture at the company.
