LMA are currently supporting a leading business in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. You will need to have experience of specialising in Reward previously within a commercial environment.

- You will be the subject matter expert and point of contact for the business for all reward matters

- Working closely with stakeholders and the wider business

- Delivery of reward strategy and expert advice on reward packages, market data, year-end processes, bonus processes and benchmarking

- You will also support in wider business reward projects

To be successful in the role you will need to have previous experience of specialising in Reward within a commercial environment. You will need to have in depth knowledge of compensation policies and practices. You will need to be very analytical and an eye for detail as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
