LMA is delighted to be partnering with a Global Media business to recruit a Reward Manager.

The Reward Manager will report into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the Reward strategy and associated initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR colleagues to advise on complex Reward queries
  • Plan, Manage and lead the annual pay review
  • Provide job evaluation , using the Willis Towers Watson methodology
  • Implement the new Sales and Bonus plans and work with key stakeholders across HR, Finance and Legal
  • Implementation of robust governance and controls
  • Write the remuneration committee papers
