This role will be working closely with the proposition leads to understand the direction of the business unit and bring the understanding of their area of the business to assess feasibility and operational effectiveness / impact.
The candidate will have close working relationships within their area of the business and will represent their requirements from the reward proposition but equally champion the development of the proposition and find solutions to concerns or blockers.
Salary and location
This role boasts a flexible, hybrid work schedule needing the chosen candidate to be in the office 2-3 days a week (specific days in and out the office chosen by you) in either the company's central London based office or their Bracknell office depending on where you are based.
This opportunity has very good £££££ offered and is a 3 month contract.
