We are looking for an experienced temporary Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy team and to provide full administrative support to the department. To start asap, initially on a 3month temp basis with the potential to become temp to perm for the right person.

An extremely varied role where you will be coordinating the recruitment for sales staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • High volume recruitment coordination
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Arrange interviews
  • Administer all benefits and pension schemes
  • Arrange the Induction programme for all new joiners
  • Administer training
  • Build professional relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Stakeholder management
  • Dealing with applications

This is a fantastic role that requires a team player with superb organisational skills and the ability to multi task. As you will be liaising with those on all levels, strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Ideally candidates will have previous recruitment experience within a professional services environment.
