A leading private healthcare company has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment administrator to join their in-house recruitment team for around 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to support the recruiter - from junior to senior level positions to include:-
  • Discussing role requirements with hiring managers
  • Engaging agencies / advertising on internal job boards
  • Maintaining spreadsheets with recruitment activity
  • Arranging interviews for the business and HR
  • Booking rooms for HR interviews
  • Ensuring feedback is passed back to agencies/candidates
  • Managing costs with agencies
  • Producing HR interview packs
  • Dealing with queries from hiring managers/managing their expectations
  • Managing all recruitment attraction channels in order to source CVs inc. external job boards
  • Ensuring all necessary approvals have been received via internal recruitment system before commencing hiring process
  • Liaising with candidates to ensure they have received all required information prior to and after interviews
  • Updating all relevant departmental spreadsheets
  • Managing speculative CVs/applications

Skills and Experience

  • Previous recruitment support experience within a large corporate head office is essential
  • Experience in a fast paced/busy environment
  • Ability to manage volume activity
  • Detail orientated and methodical
  • Excellent communication skills
