We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to work for a boutique financial services company based in the West End. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and you will be responsible for a diverse range of reception and admin duties in the London office.

You must be enthusiastic, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have advanced IT skills, including all MS Office packages.

You must be immaculate in corporate image, experience in a similar role is ideal, but not essential. This is a temp to perm role so you must be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer switchboard phone and transfer calls
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Responsible for ensuring that all visitors are logged and issued with passes
  • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Perform archiving duties
  • Managing meeting rooms and meeting room diary
  • Ordering and preparing lunches/breakfasts for in-house meetings
  • Stocking up meeting rooms
  • Receiving and sorting all post
  • Data management and inputting
  • General admin duties
