Our client, a European bank based in the City, are seeking an excellent receptionist with first class customer service on an ongoing basis.

This family feel office will offer you the opportunity to be an integral member of the business and part of a small, professional and friendly support team. Candidates should have some experience of working in a front of house role, possess excellent communication skills and organisational skills.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all clients
  • Taking all incoming phone calls and directing to recipients
  • Ensuring conference and audio visual equipment are operating correctly
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Booking courier deliveries
  • Sort outgoing correspondence, use the franking machine
  • Collate and prepare expense claims for various teams
