Our client a prestigious wealth management firm based in beautiful offices in the West End has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator. You will be managing all reception related duties as well as getting involved in office management and general administration within a fast-paced and dynamic office environment!

You will have experience working on a busy front of house reception within a corporate environment, be extremely warm and engaging and possess excellent customer service skills. It is essential that you have super organisational skills and high attention to detail.

Key duties:

  • Taking and directing calls
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Scheduling back to back appointments and meetings
  • Managing all meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times
  • Signing in visitors and showing through to meeting rooms
  • Setting up meeting facilities
  • Organising national and international travel arrangements
  • Arranging couriers and taxis
  • Managing and distributing the post
  • Arranging catering for meetings
  • General administration
