Receptionist/Office Administrator - Tower Hill - £22k

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Are you a fabulous receptionist/administrator looking for your next role? If so then we are looking for you!

Our client, a financial services company who are based in Tower Hill are looking for someone to come in and take control of their reception desk as well as support the office with administration.

Main duties

  • Situated on reception at all times
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Answer telephone calls both internally and externally and direct calls and take messages as required
  • Welcome visitors and ensure all visitors are signed in and offered refreshments as appropriate.
  • Inform employees of visitor arrivals
  • Management of meeting room bookings
  • Ensure that the reception area and all meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Managing and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Arrange couriers DHL as required
  • Create induction pack and access cards for new starters
  • Processing orders of stationary supplies to ensure adequate levels of supplies are available, and maintenance of the stationary cupboard including paper
  • Managing the swipe cards and relevant databases on a daily basis
  • Assist in the organisation of company events or parties, where necessary utilising other employees to form a committee
  • Arranging and monitoring the storage room stock
  • Provide office support to all employees as and when requested
  • Ad hoc tasks as instructed by senior management and HR

Ideally candidates will have experience within a similar role and will possess excellent communication skills. Must be extremely organised with good time management skills.

Strong IT skills are also required.
