Part-time Receptionist / Administrator - Mayfair

Job Summary:

This is a wonderful role if you are looking for a part-time position. The hours will ideally be 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

You will be based on reception and support the Office Manager / PA.

Salary £30k - 32K pro ratad.

General Day to Day Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Providing refreshments
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are always tidy and well stocked
  • Taking and transferring calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Ensure general front office area is clean & tidy
  • Booking travel for the team when required
  • Acting as central contact between clients and office team
  • Answering incoming office phone calls and transfer appropriately
  • General diary management
  • Adding clients onto the CRM database / general client data entry
  • Photocopy, scan and print various documents also on behalf of director
  • General ad hoc office duties as and when required
  • Occasionally updating spreadsheets / presentations if required

Key Skills:

  • Understand the importance of discretion, tact and respect for confidentiality
  • Be proactive, use initiative and ability to problem solve
  • Friendly, "can do" positive attitude and willingness to help
  • Have a good level of understanding of MS Office
  • Have good oral and written communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Must be well presented
  • Good multi-tasking skills and managing pressure and conflicting demands with workload
  • Superb attention to detail
