LMA Recruitment are currently working alongside a fantastic financial services firm based in the City of London who are seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant for a 10 month FTC.

The Role:

You will be working alongside the Facilties team where your duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Assisting the facilities manager with processing of invoices, tracking expenses and end of financial year reporting
  • Manage and book meeting rooms
  • Maintain general office supplies, including employee passes, stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate any catering or equipment requests

The Candidate:

The successful Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant will have prior office administration experience and excellent MS Office skills. You will be able to work independently and be a highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise.
