Shifts pattern Mon-Fri (flexibility required)
Hours 8am - 5pm

A leading financial services company requires an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to manage their front of house area on a part time, job-share basis. This is a temporary role which, for the right candidate, could potentially become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes
  • Answering the phone and redirecting calls where necessary
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Assisting the facilities manager where necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within a corporate environment, ideally in a front of house role
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Proactive and a team player
