Full time role for Bookkeeper/Property Manager and PA. Looking for someone preferably with previous experience within a similar role. Must be organised and proactive. Able to communicate within all levels of the team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and happy working within a small but friendly office but able to work on own initiative and manage own workload. Confidentiality and trustworthiness are a must, someone used to a high level of discretion. Varied and interesting role.

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on the calibre of the candidate)

Location - Central London

Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

Bookkeeping (@ 40%)

  • Maintain Sales Ledger - Raising rent invoices/demands, collecting rents, processing and allocating rent receipts on TRAMPS/Bluebox
  • Chasing arrears
  • Maintain Purchase Ledger - Entering purchase invoices and supplier payments to suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Print monthly/quarterly client statements from TRAMPS/Bluebox
  • Data entry, bookkeeping on Sage
  • Service Charge year end reconciliation & budget
  • Entering payments on NatWest Bankline

Property Management (@40%)

  • Arranging lettings of flats - instructing agents and liaising
  • Registering deposits at My Deposits
  • Arranging Gas safety checks & EICR electrical checks where appropriate
  • Dealing with any leaks/defects/repairs - instructing someone to repair
  • Tenant queries
  • Insurances on properties & recharging where necessary
  • Updating Tenancy Changes and Tenancy Schedules

PA to Directors (@ 15%)

Other (5%)

  • Company Secretarial Work - Dividends, Minutes etc
  • General office assistance - key fob, alarms, photocopier etc
  • KYC
