This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist bank in the heart of the City. They are seeking highly experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate their office relocation project. This is starting asap until June 2020.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as main point of contact between key stakeholders
  • Developing and managing project trackers and timelines
  • Vendor management
  • Booking meetings
  • Issuing agendas
  • Minute taking
  • Report consolidation
  • Changing control support
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining electronic filing system

Experience:

  • You will have experience of providing support to office fit out projects
  • An understanding of an office relocation life cycle
  • PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Well organised
  • Capable of communicating at all levels both internally and externally
  • Personable, energetic, self motivated and excellent communication skills
