Our client, a leading insurance company is looking for a bright and confident part-time Office Administrator to join them on an on going, temporary basis. The hours will be 9 to 5, 3 days a week and they are looking for an immediate start.

The role:

  • To assist with the smooth running of day to day operations of the London office, and wider UK Branch by providing support to the Head of Claims.
  • To offer administrative support to the Claims team.
  • To operate according to established controls that enable ERGO UK and clients to treat customers fairly and keep the customers at the centre of ERGO's and clients' businesses.
  • To demonstrate a high work ethic and possess core knowledge and skills to support strategic objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Various administrative tasks (eg. Ensure the printer is in good working order; ensure internal telephone list is up to date …etc).
  • Check and distribute post.
  • Calendars / diaries maintenance (team & individual calendars).
  • Database maintenance (eg. Outlook contacts, Excel spreadsheets…etc).
  • Manage travel arrangement.
  • Meetings bookings incl. hospitality tracking in the UK and Germany.
  • Prepare monthly expense claims.
  • Assist with meetings packs preparation.
  • Direct calls as appropriate.
  • Coordinate stationary orders.
  • Any other duties that your manager may reasonably require.
