A boutique asset management firm requires an experienced and capable receptionist to cover their front of house on Tuesdays and Thursdays on an ongoing basis with flexibility for further dates.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors and escorting them to meeting rooms
- Answering the phone and directing calls as necessary
- Managing the meeting room bookings and keeping meeting rooms well stocked and tidy
- Assisting with facilities and office upkeep
- Covering the Office Manager when required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a corporate reception or hospitality role is essential
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Proactive and ready to help wherever required
- Organised and able to ask for help when needed
- Flexible and reliable
