A leading insurance company requires an experienced part time receptionist to manage their front of house and assist with administration for 6 months to cover a maternity leave


Key Responsibilities


* Provide full reception service to all visitors and callers
* Manage room bookings and catering arrangements for all formal meetings ensuring the rooms are set up with refreshments and tidy
* Manage stationery, paper orders, office equipment and refreshments and ensure stock is maintained at appropriate levels, making orders where required
* Manage and monitor various office contracts e.g. stationery, shredding etc
* Schedule meetings
* Organise travel and hospitality related events as required
* Coordinate expenses for Senior Managers as required
* Maintain travel schedules


Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential
* Be discreet - understand the importance of confidentiality
* Ability to interact with people at all levels and both in person and remotely
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication skills - verbal and written - and an excellent telephone manner
