The role

Our client is looking for an Office Manager who will manage all aspects of the office facilities, providing high-quality customer experience and value for money office services whilst maintaining a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment for staff.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Manage office facilities to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Liaise with on-site building Management Company with regard to security and other aspects of office management
  • Manage and develop the Receptionist carrying out regular performance reviews and discuss training programmes
  • Health & Safety including managing the policy, all risk assessments, DSE assessments, security for all staff members, management, regular checks, training and inductions
  • Manage the facilities budget, looking for opportunities to save money and improve services, ensure office fixtures and equipment are maintained and facilities costs are within budget
  • Lead on and coordinate charity events
  • Manage large mail-out projects during the year

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous office management experience, possess excellent communication skills, have strong budget and contract management skills and a NEBOSH qualification would be a distinct advantage.
