An innovative and fast-growing accommodation company requires a highly capable and energetic Team Assistant to assist their busy Office Manager and EA. This is an extremely fast paced role from 9am - 6pm with 30 mins lunchbreak and flexibility required. It is a rolling temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping the office running smoothly on a day to day basis; assisting with any maintenance issues
  • Procuring equipment and dealing with suppliers
  • Answering the main office phone and putting calls through to relevant persons
  • Diary Management
  • Managing the company inbox and ensuring any e-mails are dealt with promptly
  • Arranging travel and visas
  • HR administration

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in managing a small office is essential, as well as experience in PA duties
  • Experience of working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to help out wherever required
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
