LMA Recruitment are currently working alongside a fantastic corporate client of ours who are seeking an Office Assistant for their London offices based in Paddington.

The Role:
You will be joining and supporting the daily operations of the Administration Team. Your duties will include;

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing office invoices and fixed asset forms
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as managing the meeting rooms
  • Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone
  • Assist with the marketing resources, event planning and budgetary requirements

The Candidate:

The successful Office Assistant will be someone who has great attention to detail and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proven work experience as an Admin/ Office Assistant. You will have at least intermediate experience with MS Office, specifically MS Outlook.
