Marketing Coordinator - West End - £28-35K Hours: 9-6 with flex.

We have a really super opportunity to work in a boutique finance house in the West End, supporting in a mixute administative and marketing support role.

This is such a super opportunity and the company are looking for a real team player and someone who is comfortable in a smaller business environment. We are looking for a really switched on and professional applicant who is career comitted and highly organised.

Position duties:
The firm is currently working on a broad range of high-quality situations and is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to support team members with marketing and fundraising activities. The role will focus on co-ordinating with the project management team as well as CRM work.

Highly organised, result oriented, punctual * Role is critical to our business' success and requires diligence and precision * Able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks * Strong calendar management experience and an ability to manage complex travel itineraries for external clients and internal sales team.
We are looking for an individual who is confident and must be able to work autonomously with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Communications and information management * Maintain Salesforce (our CRM system) with timely updates, remove duplicates * Input information from meetings and calls into Salesforce * Prepare weekly client reports using Salesforce * Create additional reports and dashboards, as required * Comfortable with main software packages such as Microsoft Office, PDF writer

2. Roadshow preparations * Prepare briefing and meeting notes * Organise complex travel itineraries, including flights and hotels, liaising with the travel agent * Confirm meeting times and locations with investors * Maintain electronic diary invites as required * Liaise with clients over production and delivery of presentations, print as necessary * Maintain a log of hotels and restaurants in popular destinations

3. Research * Update CRM system with news or key updates

4. General admin * Diary management for Partners / COO * Organise office and meeting rooms * Support Operations Manager in maintaining office space * Meet visitors and service providers * Answer switchboard line and office intercom

5. Assisting in production of documents * Help develop client power-point presentations, print copies etc * Develop graphics and proof formatting in word documents * Maintain up to date copies of presentations, including in hard copy
