Job Summary:

The primary functions of this position include coordinating training programs and operations. The Associate Learning & Organisation Development Coordinator works closely with persons in all areas of Learning & Organisation Development (Geo Leads, Learning Strategists, Vendors etc.) as well as persons in other support areas such as Office Services, IT, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works across departments (Office Services, People Strategy, Finance etc.) to coordinate & schedule training events in any geography with the appropriate venue, supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Liaise with and coordinates logistics with external vendors (including contract, payment arrangement etc.)
  • Creates & updates communications for training events & programs
  • Keeps accurate records of training programs, participants attendance & feedback.
  • Creates reports based on detailed requirements
  • Identifies, designs and implements areas of process improvements
  • Partners with range of (senior) stakeholders with consideration to nuances of the BU's, locations, etc.
  • Have an understanding of the broader business need of our partners with a high level of maturity to contribute proactively
  • Be seen as an authority of information, hub of support, and the driver of adhesiveness of her/his team.
  • Partners with external accreditation bodies
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as related to the role

  • Ability to work effectively with project teams, internal clients & vendors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel

Experience Guidelines:

1-2 years similar work experience.
