Learning and Development Co-ordinator

A Global Bank, based in the City of London, is currently looking for an experienced Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their successful HR team on an interim basis.

What will the duties be?

  • To deliver processes, procedures and activities to the EMEA region
  • To co-ordinate events (meetings, workshops and programmes)
  • Producing detailed reports (audit, budget and performance)
  • Establishing, managing and improving L&D processes
  • Supporting HR projects
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to HR requests and queries via phone, email and instant messages.

What skills will I need to have?

  • Previous HR experience, ideally within a L&D capacity
  • Demonstrable ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and provide innovative solutions
  • Organised approach to work
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Confidentiality
  • Acts with the highest standard of integrity and good moral compass
