A diverse global financial services company is looking for a proactive interim Junior Business Partner to work within a friendly and collaborative HR team. This is a varied and diverse role where you will get involved with supporting with recruitment, performance management, ER, policy development, change management initiatives, OD, providing guidance on Comp and promoting continuous improvement. This is a fabulous opportunity to get involved in a wide range of HR initiatives.

Working with the Senior Business Partner, accountabilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans to create talent pipelines and increase organisational capability
  • Advising and supporting managers with business performance, developing performance culture in line with business objectives
  • Taking ownership of ER
  • Supporting HRBP's and Managers with organisational design and assisting with the delivering the changes
  • Providing data analysis and insights to identify areas of continuous improvement
  • Supporting the reward team with salary benchmarking
  • Working closely with L&D to manage the emerging talent across the company
  • Ad hoc HR projects as required

Skills and experience

  • You must have gained the above HR generalist experience within financial services, professional services or a large corporate environment
  • An interest in talent and must have recruitment experience
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, procedures and processes
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent attention detail, adaptability and flexibility
  • Good data analysis, reporting and excel skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and a 'can do' attitude
  • Good understanding of key trends in the HR market
