The Interim Reward Consultant will join a very established Reward team and will be responsible for delivering on a number of projects as well as supporting day to day operations across the team.
- Supporting the Reward Directors with delivering high level data analytics
- Bench marking new and existing roles and managing complex bench marking requests
- Support the Workday migration projects and get involved in the process and operations
- Work closely with wider HR colleagues and senior stakeholders to provide consultative advice and insights
This role will require a high performing Compensation Analytics specialist with excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior level stakeholders.
Ideal background will be Financial Services, Consulting or PLC
