My client, one of the worlds leading global law firms, is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team during a busy period. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work closely with the wider HR team and will be the first point of contact for anything recruitment based.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assessing resourcing needs across all legal practices in London and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Firm
  • Instructing the Global Recruitment Services team to ensure vacancies are published internally and externally in a timely manner
  • When required, organising and running multi-agency briefings as well as direct sourcing where possible.
  • Liaising with Global Recruitment Services team on interview scheduling, candidate status and CV screening
  • Management of candidate attraction and selection
  • Provide interview support where necessary, involving the relevant HR Managers as appropriate
  • Collating interview feedback from interviewers and candidates, helping key stakeholders with decision making process on candidate suitability
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on progress, activity and achievements
  • Liaising with HR Advisors regarding candidate offers
  • Helping to manage the onboarding process
  • Identify areas that require improvement and designing solutions which suit the firm's business needs

The ideal candidate will have proven in-house or agency recruitment experience with a good knowledge of the legal market place. You will also be able to take on a 6v month FTC and hit the ground running with potential for perm.
