LMA is delighted to be working with a Global Asset Management business in the London area to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will work collabertaively to partner with the leadership teams and develop the HR strategy for the business.

You will work closely with a team of HR Business Partners to maintain a high standard of service to your clients while remaining aligned to the group wide corporate objectives.

Key Accountability's include:

  • Work to proactively support the leadership teams across UK and continental Europe with Organisational Design principles
  • Work closely with the Senior HRBP to support and implement the people plan , taking ownership of projects when required
  • Provide credible guidance and fit for purpose solutions to drive engagement, restructure business areas, build talent succession plans, create learning and development interventions and resource plans.
  • Support the annual cycle process , providing support to Reward team during pay review
  • Benchmark and calibrate external HR best practice solutions in comparison to internal
  • Ensure Employee relations ecosystem is well communicated and maintain close relationships with reps and unions
  • Ad hoc support to other areas of the HR team, supporting projects and provide operational cover
