LMA Recruitment have partnered with a Business Consultancy based in the City, who have a fantastic opportunity for a highly pro-active HR Assistant to Join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is hardworking, confident, self-motivated and personable, who is able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a small team.
Duties will include:
* Assisting with employee orientation, development and training logistics processes
* Assisting with ER
* Responsible for updating information on to the database
* Sourcing employee references
* Act as first point of contact for HR queries
* Absence management
* To undertake all reasonable administrative tasks as requested
* Processing of new starters and leavers
* Supporting the recruitment through candidate screening, interview scheduling and the issuing of offer letters and contracts
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum A level standard of Education with CIPD involvement in addition
* A minimum 2 years generalist experience- preferably within a multinational organisation
* Proficiency in MS office inclusive of word and Excel
* Oracle Fusion or Oracle DMS
* Experience of working in a confidential environment
* High levels of professionalism
* Extremely strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
