A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for an interim HR Business Partner. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative HR team, and will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders with responsibility for the employee lifecycle and assisting with implementing the people strategy. This is a busy and varied role with a fantastic opportunity to really add value to the business.

This role will be office based.

Accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for full employee lifecycle
  • Understanding business strategies and aligning the people plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives
  • Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
  • Being a trusted advisor and providing advice on a range of HR issues such as reward, ER, talent acquisition, development, performance, change, restructure, culture, engagement and diversity
  • Working with the wider HR team to drive the talent and succession agenda
  • Supporting with the annual salary review and bonus process
  • Contributing to the development of the strategic workforce plan

Skills & experience

  • You must have gained the above HR Business Partner experience within a within private medical (not public sector), retail or large commercial organisation
  • Team player and happy to provide a hands on service to the business
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Experience of advising managers and coaching on a range of ER issues.
