My client, a leading corporate company within it's industry are looking to appoint an experienced HR administrator with expert skills/knowledge of SuccessFactors to join them during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager this post plays a key and essential role in the successful execution of HR services.

To start asap with potential to become permanent, key experience required include but are not limited to:

  • Run weekly HR reports from SuccessFactors to be utilised by HR and other key stakeholders including Exec level employees.
  • Review SuccessFactors quarterly releases and relevant documentation to ensure that all aligning systems are updated to support the new releases and that the necessary testing is undertaken and completed.
  • Monitor and ensure all business queries relating to SuccessFactors are answered and requirements delivered within an agreed time-frame.

This role requires experience of using SuccessFactors to an in depth level as you can see from the key requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, friendly and professional team in a role where you really are the subject matter expert.

The role can be worked on a day rate equivalent to 40k or potentially on an FTC - we are open to discussion.
