Genuinely exciting opportunity to work for a really exciting fast growth business based in Guildford who are developing their HRIS & Data analytics proposition.

The HRIS & Data Analytics Lead will report directly into the Group Head of HR Operations, leading the roadmap for the HS Systems and Technology programme and building analytics insights to develop credible HR Insights.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Lead for HRIS Roadmap, implementations and communication Benchmark and advise on best practice and market trends
  • Provide clear and accurate management reporting information
  • Participate in HRIS implementation project and enhancements
  • Works with external vendors
  • Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation around HRIS system for employees; including the training of users as required
  • Performs periodic audits on internal and external system controls and processes.
  • Provide support for all questions, troubleshooting and maintenance and ensure communication to users.
  • Fully understanding HRIS data entry procedures and provide ongoing backup support of day-to-day functions such as data review and data entry, running reports, etc.
  • Support the development of all internal and external social media sites.
  • Development of a Manager Dashboard and HR Scorecard solution that automates key reporting, MI and trends which will include areas such as human capital return on investment, productivity, cost and compensation growth versus business growth, planning, talent acquisition (time to hire, cost to hire, quality of hire, etc.), attrition, tenure, planning, compliance, risk etc.
  • Maintain and generate monthly and quarterly HR and management reports, Visio Org charts and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Understand the business concepts and formulas, e.g. payroll, profit, revenue, etc. to generate financial information to support productivity measurement.
  • Evaluates and analyses HR data identifying trends, patterns and forecasting impact across the business.
