HR & Recruitment Assistant, Chelmsford, £25-30k

A highly regarded professional services firm based in lovely offices central to Chelmsford are looking for a highly organised and efficient HR/Recruitment Assistant to join their close-knit team to assist with both HR Admin and Recruitment support.

This role will involve working closely with senior members of the HR team to support with recruitment of junior level roles across all areas of the business involving creating job descriptions, arranging and conducting interviews, liaising with agencies and managing the offer process. The position will also allow candidates to gain exposure to a wide range of HR and recruitment administration and procedures. This is an exciting time to join the company, and this position will also offer long term progression for the right candidate.

To be considered, candidates will require:

  • Previous recruitment experience

  • Experience working in a recruitment position from professional services would be preferable, however agency backgrounds will be considered if candidates have recruited for legal or professional/financial/services organisations

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills across all packages

  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
