LMA is exclusively working with a Fast growth business in London to hire a Director of Diversity & Inclusion.
This is a brand new role , working with a high performing, passionate and dedicated HR team and will be the go to person to lead the Diversity & Inclusion agenda .
You will be consulting with the business leads on the subject of DE& I and will build communities and sponsors internally to drive the D& I agenda. You will also be very visible externally, attending seminars and working in D& I focus groups.
This role will suit a HR leader who has been in a D& I focused role for the last few years and has some clear, demonstrable experience of moving the dial when it comes to Diversity and Inclusion. There is a great platform for you to excel in this business as they are very early adopters of D&I and are proud to represent a very diverse and inclusive workforce.
