A boutique insurance firm requires an experienced HR Coordinator to manage the full day to day administration for the company on an ongoing temp basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring electronic and manual employee files are accurate and up to date
  • Basic HR statistical reporting (i.e. headcount, staff sickness) and other ad hoc reports as directed by management
  • Collating the monthly payroll instruction in readiness for the deadline
  • Onboarding new starters including preparing contracts of employment, offer letters
  • Assisting with benefits; ensuring new joiners are signed up to correct benefits packages and liaising with benefit providers
  • Managing the CRM system
  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience working in a generalist HR Administration role is essential, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and work autonomously
  • Experience of using different CRM systems
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and ideally PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Happy doing a pure administration role
