Our client, a European bank based in the City are seeking an HR Assistant to assist the HR Manger and Senior HR Manager.

It is essential you have previous HR administration experience, ideally from financial or professional services. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and strong IT skills.

Key duties:

  • Maintaining Personnel files
  • Preparing payroll
  • Conducting and administering annual UK tax submissions
  • Arrange and negotiate temporary workers and negotiate agency terms and conditions
  • Administration of joiners and leavers
  • Understanding of local regulatory focus that concerns the HR department and wider Branch
  • Advising employees on HR related queries
  • Maintaining policies and handbook
