A leading financial services firm based in Essex are looking to appoint an HR professional with experience in writing contracts and job descriptions to work closely with the HRD in rolling out a key policy to the business on a 12 month fixed term contract.

To start ASAP, this role requires an experienced HR professional to join the HR operations team working solely on the implementation of a UK wide company policy. Key skills required include:

  • Amend contracts/addendum to cover new policy requirements
  • Work with the wider international business to build updated contracts into the HR system
  • Document SOPs covering Recruitment, Training and Competence, CPD, Regulatory References, Handover Procedures and appropriate HR policies
  • Support each business to prepare/update job profiles where missing and need updating
  • Work with Compliance to develop and implement appropriate policy training and monitor completion rates
  • Work with system supplier to set up and test new policy system
  • Work with HR MI Manager to build reporting
  • Support project lead to ensure delivery of the communication plan
  • Manage system and maintain records - carry out audit checks
  • Ensure delivery of appropriate training to new hires and annually to all employees
