HR Administrator | HR Assistant | HR Co-ordinator

A leading Digital Banking organisation is currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced HR Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their team. This generalist role will report directly into the Operations Manager and will be responsible for a wide variety of HR duties. This is a brand new vacancy, so it's an excellent opportunity to really make a difference, as well as make the role your own!

The ideal candidate will enjoy typical HR duties such as:

  • Creating and issuing employment contracts and offer/leaver letters
  • Managing the on-boarding process
  • Organising training sessions and schedules/plans
  • Managing the recruitment emails/inbox, arranging interviews and over-seeing the recruitment process
  • Keeping the staff records updated
  • Updating the staff handbook
  • Dealing with general ER issues
  • Various admin duties

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of all of the above, as well as an HR qualification. You will need to be an excellent communicator and enjoy taking accountability.
