HR Administrator

£25-28k per annum plus excellent benefits

Role Purpose

The administrator will provide administrative support to the People Operations and Payroll team while meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs set, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and customer service are maintained at all times. They will ensure that data is entered and maintained in the HR System so that it is correct and up to date.

Key Accountabilities

  • You will provide an excellent People Operations service for the business, dealing with paper based and online forms as well as telephone and email enquiries
  • Working as part of a small team, key activities will include:
    • Entering data and ensuring data quality on the HR system
    • Managing new starters and leavers processes
    • Benefits administration
    • Provision of employee references
    • Support probation procedures
    • Ensuring Candidate referral fees are paid.
    • Ensuring trackers are kept up to date
    • Maintenance of filing systems
    • Minute taking during meetings
    • Handle confidential data and information, keeping all aspects secure with a high level of attention to detail
    • Adhere to strict Data Protection and confidentiality agreements in place
    • Managing workload in order to meet or exceed strict deadlines and targets set
  • To deliver an outstanding service, you will collaborate closely with Reward, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent and Resourcing Teams
  • You will also have the opportunity to support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
  • Other duties as required

  • An interest in HR
