Our client, an international, prestigious bank based in the City are seeking an HR Administrator to join their growing HR team.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have previous HR administration experience, ideally from financial/professional services, possess excellent system skills, including Oracle and MS Office and have excellent communication skills.

  • Answering general HR queries from employees and managers
  • Administer joiners, leavers and movers using Oracle
  • Coding and printing invoices for reconciliations
  • Maintaining the flexible workers schedule and file
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly headcount and expense reports
  • On-boarding and screening of candidates post offer
  • Annual vetting
  • Provide references
  • Loyalty award administration
