HR Co-ordinator or Advisor

LMA Recruitment is supporting a successful business based in North West London, (nearest tube is Park Royal) who require an experienced HR Co-ordinator or Advisor to support the HR Manager. This IMMEDIATE position is a very involved role, as the company have approximately 200 staff and there are only two of you in the HR team. It's the perfect opportunity to work in tandem (and learn from) a credible and knowledgeable HR Manager who is very easy to work with.

Typical HR Admin/co-ordination duties will be involved, as well as ER cases and more involved projects - if you have the expertise.

This role is one that you can really make your own - and make a difference!
