About the company -
A traditional British Company who specialise within the education sector and international culture. Multiple sites across the UK and a great institution to work for and have on your CV.
About the role -
This role requires you to carry out a range of HR administrative, operational and related task to ensure processes are done effectively. Must have strong generalist HR administrative skillset plus a clear understanding of HR process and policies in order to deliver effectively to meet expected outcomes.
You'll be building key relationships with colleagues in different teams within global HR to work collaboratively.
- Salary - £24,000 - £30,000
- 100% remote option (multiple sites mainly within the major cities in the UK)
The ideal candidate -
The company are looking for someone that has strong knowledge of HR databases and having the right experience with Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate must have proven numeracy to compute and check salaries and have previous experience in HR administration.
The ideal candidate must communicate effectively with people across different levels, but also be very approachable, supportive and flexible.
