LMA are seeking a keen HR administrator with ambition, a great mindset for team-working, excellent interpersonal skills and superb organisation & prioritisation skills. This role will be pivotal to the success of the HR Department and innovation and ideas for improvements are always welcomed!

The purpose of this role is to play an integral role in providing a full HR administration service to the HR department and to support the the HR team on various projects and initiatives when required.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will have a significant role in ensuring the HR team are supported in the full administration duties for the department, and will involve yourself with general admin, recruitment, new starters & leavers, compliance and compensation & benefits.

About You

  • Experience in an office administration role (preferably in an HR function)
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Psychology or Humanities beneficial (but not essential)
  • Able to adapt, communicate and understand effectively and with clarity with stakeholders at all levels
  • Resourceful and proactive in the way you work, taking the initiative to get ahead and stay on top of tasks.
  • Supports a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring others by personal commitment and enthusiasm.
  • Prioritise your work to maximise use of your time and can work unsupervised and to tight deadlines
  • Is a self-starter,consistently pushing others to exceed, yet is resilient when facing any setbacks
  • Takes ownership of their learning and professional/personal development
  • Maintains confidentiality and integrity with their work as you will be handling staffs personal information
  • Will have an excellent level of computer literacy and experience in WORKDAY
